Hi. The app is down. I can't contact you because I don't have access to the app. Can someone help me asap please?
I'm sorry to hear you are having issues. You can always reach out to help@cleansizecharts.com for customer support. If you would please send us more information to that email address, we can look into this for you. We are not currently seeing issues with logging into the app.
So close yet so far. This product is so close to a perfect way to manage sizing charts in bulk for thousands of products, BUT... The logic to apply charts is OR logic, not AND logic. Therefore you are required to manually tag all products with 1x tag just for sizing charts. If Clean Sizing Charts, worked with AND logic for tagging, the content team could -
1. Set the tags at a PRODUCT TYPE and BRAND Level
2. Create the Charts which suit the above criteria Then they would self manage. But it just doens't work, so we will be looking elsewhere.
Thank you for your review. Adding the ability to use an AND operator is on our roadmap along with custom CSS, Google Analytics integration support, and a host of other updates. We hope you'll come back and try it again once it has been updated.
