I couldn’t be happier with the support I received from the Slide Cart team. When I noticed the shipping protection option wasn’t working properly in my cart, they went above and beyond to investigate the issue thoroughly.

What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They tested the problem in their own environment, provided clear feedback on what was going wrong (in this case, the app couldn’t detect the Shipping Protection product correctly), and offered concrete steps to fix it. They even identified that my protection product was showing as “sold out,” which it should never be.

They gave me precise instructions to reset the setup — and it worked flawlessly.

I tested multiple shopping cart apps but basically had bugs or didn't fit with my theme, I tried to install this app to do the testing and went live, I didn't realize that their customer service took the initiative to check my website and found the bugs and posted an article guiding me to make the changes. Unfortunately, my theme is not a commonly used theme and I couldn't find a place to modify the code, their technicians supported me very quickly and helped me solve the problem, very good service!

Came for the aesthetic and functional cart, stayed for the customer service. Super prompt help with troubleshooting and customization.

I had a few custom requests for the cart, and they did them for me. It was really nice of them to do that for me.
