You can use this app to manage customer support and retain your customers. I would like to see a few more features added to this platform. However, it's definitely a reliable place to begin if you're looking for a tool to manage your customer support via WhatsApp. I like how easy the platform is to use and how the user interface/user experience is better than any other API platform that I have seen! However, I have had issues with their Customer Support, so I hope they address that as well!
