We just added this app for our new online store. We have started on the free plan and staff were helpful making a small adjustment for our menu and very prompt and friendly in response. Happy with nice looking menu. Overall good if you are getting started.
Excellent menu... easy to manage and the support is Outstanding. Highly Recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade standard shopify menu system.

Wide variety of features
The app is awesome! Making a mega menu was very straight forward. I had a bit of trouble setting up the mobile menu, however the customer support was quick to answer my email and resolve the issue for me! I recommend the app to anyone looking to set a quick mega menu to their store

Smart Menu is a great app; easy customization, no coding unless you'd like to hide your old menu and even then the instructions were easy to follow, doesn't slow up my theme & they offer a free plan as well as reasonably priced extra feature plans.
