There are so many things to worry about as a new shopify user and finding a decent menu was driving me insane. I'm so happy I came across qikify. Not only do the menus seem to have endless customization - I sent an email to tech support (issue on my end not theirs) and within a matter of just a FEW HOURS they fixed it! And it's super late at night! I couldn't thank you enough :)

I have been using this app for a while now and have changed my menu a few times until I found the one that worked for me. I did run into a snag where my menu wasn't showing on my home page. I followed all the instructions, but because I am using the Sense theme, it was a bit more complicated than I would have liked. I sent a request to the customer support team and Sebastian was quick and very helpful. The turnaround time was one day. I am so pleased and definitely recommend that all Shopify users should use this app for a stylish and functional menu.

been using this app for a month, so far everything works i am happy, 5 stars for it. the only thing i would say that can be improved is mobile display settings apart from show-not show, i must make 2 menus for everything if i want to show it differently, it still works, just can be a shortcut. (For example i need a menu to redirect a to a link when clicked on desktop but i need to to open with no link on mobile)

I have been working on this menu for a few days. It is incredible. Very easy to set up with so many different options. Also, I have an issue and sent a message to customer support. They were so helpful and answered all my questions in a few hours.

Stop looking for the best app, this is it! This is an easy, frustration-free app! Really. I spent days trying to make my mega menu using me Out of the Sandbox Flex theme and it was not going smoothly. I found this app and am using the FREE version. It is so great. I wish I would have done this years ago. My menu looks great! I look forward to upgrading and using Icons for new releases and photos. For now I just wanted to get this up. Really like these menus so far! My menu was getting too cluttered with only being able to do 2 tiers of drop down. This menu lets you branch out as many times as you want! Very easy to set up and links great to your collections you already have in your store

We couldn't be more pleased with the swiftness and careful attention that was given to us by qikify Smart Menu Support. Miley and Sebastian are pros! We ticketed our issue and they not only showed us how to remedy our problem but also went out of their way to fix it for us! Next day, we received an email asking us if we were happy with the fix! That kind of support is hard to find in the APP world and in time we intend to upgrade. Thank you!
