Excellent app, excellent customer support. With how many different plants we have, giving customers quick and easy facts to demonstrate if the product will work well in their home or office is essential!

The app was installed over a year ago by a contract developer. When my theme was recently updated, it crashed the tables that were created on my product pages.

I do not know how to code and was very worried about my capabilities to fix this so I sent an email to the app team. To my delight, they swiftly and professionally corrected the issue.

I am a very happy customer.

This app has helped us to share with our customers key data that is so hard to communicate in other way, even there are opportunities with it, the staff is always there to help.

As a Shopify user, there´re many issues to work on (apps and others), so if when my template is updated I´m not able to just update the SmartApp or it happens automatically, then it´s not a good experience for me.

By other hand I wanna say the app is great by the instance I´m at, but I´m looking for an app that enables me to display the impact of my products (socio environmental), I think the app could improve that, so more than happy to go further in details about this need, and I´m quite sure nowadays there´re many companies that could improve their businesses by displaying the benefits, impact and stories behind a product.

I wish I could post the screenshot as proof. Our site www.henrybags.co.uk was doing ok. I knew there was something missing... it was the icons. Simply allowing people to visually see that we offered returns and free shipping was ok good, but now we can visually tell people model fitnent and also size etc. I imagine that there is a icon for any industry on this. I never failed to find the one that I needed. Easy to use? Yes... I’m an idiot.. and I managed without any support. So the final score? It’s only been a week but I have a 44% increase in sales, maybe it’s because it’s Xmas... no... I have careful monitored this.. my conversion of visitors to ales rate has increased by 2.2%... the only thing gay I have done is installed this app. My conversion rate is now at 8.8% Thank you so much and I can’t wait to add new icons to my up and coming items... items that we can afford to stick because of the increase in sales

First of all, I feel the need to be fast, to write a review for this app. This is just because I installed the app and needed support for a simple issue, and that support was given in a blink of my eye. These guys are incredibly fast, and EFFICIENT. They solved a first request, then a second request faster yet.
About the APP, I fulfilled two wishes I had: Product Features Icons (managed by tags, in my case) and Badges (managed by product creation date). The APP is really awesome and works as announced. It has a lot of setting possibilities to let you design your work as you best idealize it. I would like to take this opportunity to suggest an improvement in the badges design settings wich is the hability to set a transparent background to the DIV that contains the badge, so transparent PNG can appear as transparent image. I'm sure that, if they can, they will do it before someone read my review. Very satisfied with the app.
