Very simple and easy to use and navigate for someone like me (store owner, non-developer).
We had an issue with store theme and bad links. It was preventing us from using Google Merchant Centre. Radoslav kindly identified the problem, offered to go into our back end and fix it. He dedicated around 20 mins working directly on our problem.. now that's what I call service!

I encountered some issues during the initial setup, but the support team quickly resolved the problems with my shop through their collaborator account.
