設置するだけで、AIが商品を紹介してくれる、夢のようなチャットボットです。
こんなツールがあればいいなと思っていたのと、30ドル分無料で使えるということで、インストールしてみました。
感想としては、確かに質問に合わせて商品を紹介してくれるのですが、想像していたものとはちょっと違う感じでした。

・質問に該当する商品説明文をただ読み上げている感じで、回答がやたら長く、会話している感じにはならない。
・AIの挙動として回答の注意事項が設定できるが、変化がよく分からない。
・提案できる商品は、最大250商品までとなっており、250商品以上ある場合は、手動で選ぶ必要がある（自動で選ぶと、あいうえお順となってしまう）。

現時点では丁寧に設定された普通のチャットボットの方が便利かなという感じですが、まだチャットボットを導入してないショップなどは、最初は無料で使えるので、導入してみても面白いと思います。
ChatGPT APIを使ったチャットボット入れてみたよと、ちょっとした話題にもなります。

SmartPickを試していただき、フィードバックを提供してくださったことに感謝しております。私たちは常にお客様の期待に応えることを目指しておりますが、ご指摘いただいた点については改善すべき点と認識しております。

・会話している感じにならない
私たちは、今まさにこの問題について取り組んでおります。技術的な問題の課題や、UXの構成など様々な角度から検討を行っております。
現在のところ、GPT-4 APIのリリース後に、この問題を解決するアップデートを実装する予定です。

・AIの挙動として回答の注意事項がよくわからない
例えば、「回答は100文字以内で行うこと」と記載すると、回答は100文字前後になります。より具体的な指示を行えば、期待する回答に近づけることができます。

・提案できる商品について
現在、最大で250商品までに限定させていただいています。手動の場合は、150商品までなので、より多くの商品を登録する場合は自動登録をお勧めしております。
また、あいうえお順で表示をしているだけで、特に順番に意味はございませんので、自動と手動とでの差はないものとなっております。
