I used this as a replacement for MailChimp, and I couldn't be happier. Not only does their email capture pop-up actually work, their email templates are more user friendly and their useful emails helped me build confidence in the marketing I was sending out. Thanks George. Update: After only a few weeks, I can affirm that even with the free plan SmartrMail has given me a huge increase in repeat customers and sales from the email templates they offer. Highly recommended for small businesses. The app is very intuitive, so far it's been easy to use, the email builder is complete and they have good email templates. Also very good customer service.
Just starting our venture into the online retail space, SmartrMail has been a true blessing. I looked at several different applications for email campaigns and this was the best I could find for the money. it's so easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding! They ACTUALLY have a real person who will reply to you and help you with any questions you have.

I got this App today. I installed it and had some questions I emailed them within a couple of minutes they came back to me with the answer - they were super quick and really helpful with all my questions. Even happier now since it I have already received orders as a result of the email.
