Great customer support. They fixed an issue for us over night. Great app! We have a tiered system running (get $ off at $20 increments) together with discount codes and free shipping, everything is working great!

I've had this installed for a couple of years and it works great. If I have any problems, the support team gets back to me instantly and fixes the issue ASAP. This reassurance alone is worth the cost.

Allows us to offer discounts on bulk purchases exactly the way we need. Had an issue come up with discounts not loading after several months of using (unsure why) and the team rectified the problem quickly and ensured there was some behind the scenes steps to ensure we wouldn't have the issue going forward.
