It's useful apps, we been using this for a couple of my site I built and it's not too expensive compare with other apps around.
The app is good , although it can be better . As an example , setting 2 promotion on a product is quite confusing , example setting discount like Buy 1 Free 1 & Buy 2 Free 3 , you can't set the discount with the same method or it will not work .
The customer support is very helpful and fast. A big Thumb-Up for their Customer Support Kay that provide fast and helpful support.

Pixel Union support was responsive and resolved our issue quickly. Currently using the BOGO feature.
This app has helped us to create a gift with purchase promo and we like the fact that we can combine it with Shopify promo code if we decide to run 2 promos at the same time.
Some oddities here and there, but overall a great app. On top of that it has great customer service and a good helpsite. I would take an app that has some minor inconveniences with good Customer Support, and a good helpsite over one that is perfect and doesn't have those any day. If I have an issue I know they'll help me resolve it. 5+ Stars for CS, and Help Site, 4 stars for missing features ...
It took me a while to get their attention, but once I got it - the support has been very good and constructive.
I use this app to add volume discounts, spend $X get Y or buy X get Y. The volume discounts work flawlessly and are very easy to set up. The other discount types didn't work perfectly for us out of the box, but the support has been great to work with. It would be nice if we could rearrange the discount hierarchy so we could determine which discounts fired before others. As it stands the volume ...
All and all a very solid app. Two things that would be helpful would be the ability to SEARCH for products within the range of offers that one sets up within the app. The second would be the ability to offer more than one discount option on a product. Three of one item, Six Assorted, etc

Been using this app for almost 18 months. At times, we made good use of this app and it really turned out to be a game changer. Everything about this app is great and we do enjoy using it for our business. Given the dyanamics of the changing businesses, I think more could be done with this app in terms of customization and integration with store and other apps. But, Great potential, wonderful ...
