Merchants highly value the app for enabling installment payments and deposits, which boosts sales and customer satisfaction, especially for high-value and custom orders. Great customer service. When there wasn't a resource for customizing the customer confirmation email the rep listened to my idea and said they would discuss with their team. It's wonderful that the SPD team is willing to hear and collaborate with it's app users to create a better experience.
The app is full of issues. The instalment orders don't show up in the system AT ALL. Meaning you have a customer who has placed an order via installment pay but there is no record of them in the app. This is has been an ongoing issue for several weeks and it's still not resolved meaning that invoices for instalments aren't being sent to customers on time or at all and I'm having to deal with increased emails/complaints around why customers can't pay for their items. Customer Support has been slow to respond and have shown absolutely no urgency in getting this resolved. It's been going on for weeks. Terrible App, would not recommend.

This app has everything I need! I make custom guitars and the ability to accept a down payment and send an invoice upon completing the guitar is second to none. Maryna was extremely helpful getting this setup right for me and I couldn't be more pleased. Don't try the other apps, they don't have the same level of functionality. Just get it!
