Great customer service. When there wasn't a resource for customizing the customer confirmation email the rep listened to my idea and said they would discuss with their team. It's wonderful that the SPD team is willing to hear and collaborate with it's app users to create a better experience.

The app is full of issues. The instalment orders don't show up in the system AT ALL. Meaning you have a customer who has placed an order via installment pay but there is no record of them in the app. This is has been an ongoing issue for several weeks and it's still not resolved meaning that invoices for instalments aren't being sent to customers on time or at all and I'm having to deal with increased emails/complaints around why customers can't pay for their items. Customer Support has been slow to respond and have shown absolutely no urgency in getting this resolved. It's been going on for weeks. Terrible App, would not recommend.

I integrated this app and found I had an issue with it only partly showing on the product page. I contacted the app company and they guided me through the changes on a google meet conference call to ensure the set up was edited correctly for my customers. I was happy to resolve this issue with them reasonably quickly as it was a little above my novice shopify expertise !
