The app is full of issues. The instalment orders don't show up in the system AT ALL. Meaning you have a customer who has placed an order via installment pay but there is no record of them in the app. This is has been an ongoing issue for several weeks and it's still not resolved meaning that invoices for instalments aren't being sent to customers on time or at all and I'm having to deal with increased emails/complaints around why customers can't pay for their items. Customer Support has been slow to respond and have shown absolutely no urgency in getting this resolved. It's been going on for weeks. Terrible App, would not recommend.

We’re sorry for the issues you experienced earlier with installment orders not appearing correctly. A temporary syncing issue caused certain installment orders to be missing in the app, which also delayed some invoices.
Our team worked closely with you to identify the cause, restore the affected orders, and strengthen our monitoring tools to prevent this from happening again. Great customer service. When there wasn't a resource for customizing the customer confirmation email the rep listened to my idea and said they would discuss with their team. It's wonderful that the SPD team is willing to hear and collaborate with it's app users to create a better experience.

Wonderful app and exceptional customer service! The deposit and split payment function will allow us to launch higher price point products with a higher conversion rate. Awesome! Maryna from their support team handled all my questions / made sure everything was working perfectly. This app has everything I need! I make custom guitars and the ability to accept a down payment and send an invoice upon completing the guitar is second to none. Maryna was extremely helpful getting this setup right for me and I couldn't be more pleased. Don't try the other apps, they don't have the same level of functionality. Just get it!

Very responsive support. I was able to ask questions during the install and receive my answers in moments. SPD Split Payment is incredible nimble and flexible. Money and payment collection can be a tough subject. Black Hills School of Massage needed a way to allow students to pay an initial tuition deposit and then pay the remaining balance over several months. I am very grateful to Val and the team :) You allow us to focus on the students and not worry about payment collections and back-office administration.

Valeri was fantastic. He contacted me right away and logged onto my computer with me on a remote session and helped me troubleshoot my issue, which was of my own doing, not SPD Split Payment & Deposit. In just a couple of clicks, it was fixed. Valeri also went above and beyond to help me with an issue that had nothing to do with his App. Very kind, and very helpful. I highly recommend him.
