Merchants highly appreciate the app for its flexible payment options, including installments, deposits, and split payments, ideal for high-value or custom orders. Features like down payments and invoicing upon completion are particularly valued for custom-made items. The app is user-friendly, integrates well, and is supported by a responsive customer service team. Additionally, its no-fees policy on sales enhances its appeal.
The app is full of issues. The instalment orders don't show up in the system AT ALL. Meaning you have a customer who has placed an order via installment pay but there is no record of them in the app. This is has been an ongoing issue for several weeks and it's still not resolved meaning that invoices for instalments aren't being sent to customers on time or at all and I'm having to deal with increased emails/complaints around why customers can't pay for their items. Customer Support has been slow to respond and have shown absolutely no urgency in getting this resolved. It's been going on for weeks. Terrible App, would not recommend.
