SplitOrder app is exactly what we needed. It's a pretty simple app with easy settings. We started doing splits manually at first to get familiar with the app and address any questions before we set everything to be automated. They were very responsive to our emails and we worked through any issues. We are now using the automated feature and it's been smooth sailing.

We have a subscription service which customers purchase multiple boxes in one order that need to be split. Since Shopify doesn't have the option to split items in an order, we came across this app and it has been a huge help. Customer support is great as they helped to set up a service that would work for our business. Thanks!

SplitOrder does everything it claims to do -- splits orders based on any criteria you provide. Being able to split directly within ShipStation is a huge bonus. This has been a major time-saver for us. The support is incredible as well. Buy with confidence.

The app is not too over complicated and is very easy to use. But, just like everything that is under development for improvements there were a few bumps we faced on the way which were address promptly.

So far this has been exactly what we needed. We have a subscription box and ecomm shop, and people often order a mixed cart of these things. Our subscription ship in one big batch per month, and the only way to split mixed orders was manual. This is totally worth the price :)

This app is exactly what we needed and simple enough that it doesn't overcomplicate things. We needed to split orders from pre-sale products so that we could fulfil pre-orders at a later date. After following the setup instructions myself, I tested it and it did exactly what we wanted with a few little extra handy features that i didn't realise I would want, but which made the whole app even better.
Highly recommend!

The creators of SplitOrder are brilliant geniuses! They made it possible to streamline our business processes from manual to automated.

We sell subscription and one-time boxes. These products often ship on different dates. One time boxes ship right away. Subscription products ship on a specific day each month. Orders with subscription and one time products need to be split into separate orders so they can be fulfilled at the right time. When I tested SplitOrder, it didn't originally split orders for our use case, so THEY BUILT THE FUNCTIONALITY! I was floored by the service they provided. Top notch! SplitOrder now works perfectly. Thank you, Jesse and team, for everything!
