App simply just doesn't work. Ran the software on orders and it doesn't absolutely nothing. Simply a waste of money, resources and time.

Our experience with this app was extremely pleasant. We need to use this app to help separate some of our orders that included some pre-ordered products.

Would love to help, though to be honest I think what your referring to isn't us at SplitOrder, as we don't touch (inadvertently or in-app) the continue selling when out of stock setting??
As to any unexpected behavior, if you were interested in re-downloading the App for another try. We could then address any conflict or suggest a work-around, as while our options are quite vast, splitting orders does have a lot of moving parts, especially with 3rd parties and unique workflows.
SplitOrder truly helps us when we were in a bind and out of options. The app was super easy to use, and it helped solve our problem. Their Customer Service team is so helpful and patient.

The app is not too over complicated and is very easy to use. But, just like everything that is under development for improvements there were a few bumps we faced on the way which were address promptly.
We use this app to split orders for fulfillment. The app works great for our needs. The team was so quick to respond and enable functionality into the app that would optimize our use case. Really appreciate the quick response and flexibility! Using this app will save us a lot of time and manual effort.
The creators of SplitOrder are brilliant geniuses! They made it possible to streamline our business processes from manual to automated.
We sell subscription and one-time boxes. These products often ship on different dates. One time boxes ship right away. Subscription products ship on a specific day each month. Orders with subscription and one time products need to be split into separate orders so they can be fulfilled at the right time. When I tested SplitOrder, it didn't originally split orders for our use case, so THEY BUILT THE FUNCTIONALITY! I was floored by the service they provided. Top notch! SplitOrder now works perfectly. Thank you, Jesse and team, for everything!

We're now able to have all of our multiple orders split in the courier side to avoid having to manually process and the fulfill any orders.
It's an absolutely amazing app and has given me more time to focus on other things in my day!
Our store had several integrations that were going to be impacted by the deprecation of the Shopify fulfillment API. The SplitOrder app was almost the perfect solution to our problems. This app is exactly what we needed and simple enough that it doesn't overcomplicate things. We needed to split orders from pre-sale products so that we could fulfil pre-orders at a later date. After following the setup instructions myself, I tested it and it did exactly what we wanted with a few little extra handy features that i didn't realise I would want, but which made the whole app even better.
Highly recommend!
