As simple as it gets, if I had build it myself I would have like to make it that way.
I was stuck with the form not showing, and coudn't find the solution in the documentation, but in an email exange, everything was fixed.

App makes it very easy to set up nice-looking forms and provides a lot of features. One star taken off for the AI support bot, very frustrating
Simple to install and use. Feature rich and highly customisable making it easy to match theme style. Can't comment on support as not encountered an problem requiring their help.
As far as form builders go its one of the best we have used.
