I don’t usually write reviews, but this platform and its team deserve one that goes beyond the usual “great app.
What impressed me most wasn’t just the clean interface or the reliability of the features (though both are excellent). It was the people behind it. Support can often feel robotic, but here it felt personal. Kusum guided me with patience through a setup I thought would take days, and Krishna W stepped in with clear, practical solutions when I hit a technical snag. Together, they turned what could have been a frustrating process into something surprisingly smooth.

So far I love this App. I mostly use the Shopify POS app for my craft shows. But lately I have been having connection issues with it. My other half also sometimes helps out at shows with me and we both can't be on the POS at the same time on separate phones. When I have issues or my other half is helping. I will switch over to Square for my POS. Its fantastic that I don't have to do multiple updates of inventory for both apps. I just update my stock in Shopify and after establishing a connection with the product in Square everything updates automatically. If I make a sale using the square app it will remove inventory from shopify and vice versa. Its a great time saver!
So far, im super impressed with this app! It is seemlessly tracking our inventory from shopify and square ensuring that we have no stock issues with our delivery apps DoorDash and SkipTheDishes! Thank you so much!
