Krishna has been a huge help with my Square to Shopify integration. Very flexible hours for support. I am new to this scene and Square Integration DPL has made it a nearly seamless transition. I would recommend this app to anyone that needs to migrate products and customers!
The customer service team is helpful, but their developers are not available during the day for my store when I normally need them, which is EST. The inventory doesn't update itself when you update skus, the developer team has to do it manually, which is proving to be problematic so far. I'm giving it a chance and will update the review after we see how it goes.
Customer service was kind and patient through the turtorial. I will start using this app and see how it goes.
We've used Square for years but needed a robust online shop option. This is a great option that allows us to use the existing POS products we've invested in (which are brilliant in Australia) without a new investment in the Shopify technology that doesn't operate well here yet.
We've had some technical issues but Surya and the team fixed them quickly and even provided a small discount as we are a charity which we greatly appreciate.
It looks like a great integration, very clear and will allow us to optimise across two platforms. Reasonable price to avoid costly equipment upgrades and more training on new POS system.
To be honest I have not tried yet the app, but I want to thank Kusum for the great service and support I have received. I needed to have some clarification and the support was great. Later I will add also a review about the app. I have high hope about it.
Nice and easy to use. I needed some guidance, and the support team was around to assist to resolve within 5 mins! Highly recommend

Surya did a really good job explaining the issue I had to me and it helped immensely in understanding why my products weren't uploading from square to Shopify
Support is Good. They are responsible and can assist in the call. App has some limitations. Sync orders and inventory levels - are Ok. Product synchronization can add some errors. Just a last case - you can sync a product just after renaming this product in Shopify.
