DPL Square Integration

Hem was absolutely amazing and great to work with. He provided exceptional customer service and was able to help me out with our multiple DPL programs and interfaces. This will solve a HUGE problem that we were facing and save us hundreds of hours in operational time and frustration. We hope we can work with him again if any other problems arise! I've been using this app for several months now, and I can say it's flawless and really simple to use.
The most important thing to do is set up from the start which system is the slave and which is the master, after that it's plain sailing, even images are transferred, updates are in real time, new products are transferred with literally a couple of clicks, this app literally saves me hours of work.
It's worth more than 5 stars

Perfectly synced my products, inventory and customer database once the optimisation was complete. User-friendly app that offers the essentials for integrating my Shopify online store with my Square POS. Customer support is excellent.

In trial stage at moment , had a few questions and online help was very swift and very helpful. Apps currently seems to do everything i was hoping. So far would recommend. We have been using Squareup for several years and frustrated with the online side , so we moved online to Shopify and our Epos is with Squareup , we had already invested in many Squareup Terminals. Hopefully this app will keep our ONLINE & EPOS in sync.

Surya was finally able to explain why some items were not able to be moved to Square. Once we knew why, it was a very simple fix. This app seems to be more reliable at adjusting inventory both ways once its set up. Other apps used for the same purpose have unexpectedly quit. So far so good with this one!

This app is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Setup was straightforward and customizable to suit my specific needs. Transferring my products was smooth and hassle-free. What truly stands out is the customer support—live chat is responsive, and they even offer video calls to ensure everything is running smoothly. A great experience from start to finish.

Can't get it to work properly. After a ton of work and a few calls with support, I still can't get it to sync most of my inventory. Importing products from Square to Shopify is incomplete and incorrect. Doesn't import all the information (description does not import) and imports some of it incorrectly (changes the name of the vendor from what I have listed in Square to the name of my store, which I then have to fix). Uninstalling and trying a different app.

We have found that DPL Square Integration saves heaps of time importing products and updating our stock levels. Overall, this is a great asset for ecommerce with a large inventory : )
