I waited two full weeks for a solution. The support team kept making promises they never followed through on. After five days of silence, someone finally responded – but instead of checking the bundle I reported, they worked on a completely different one that was already functioning. Then they tried to present that as a “solution”, even though the actual issue hadn’t been touched.
I pointed it out again – and got vague answers and another delay. Then three more days of silence. I constantly had to follow up myself, and all I got were generic replies. They repeatedly said “we’ll get back to you later today” – which only happened once in two weeks.
Worst of all: this is a paid app. Had I not canceled the trial in time, I would’ve been charged for absolutely nothing. Honestly, it felt like they were trying to stall until the trial expired.
I’ve since switched to another app – and the new developer fixed the exact same issue in just 5 minutes. That says it all.
As a solo store owner, I rely on reliable tools and responsive support. Sticky Cart delivered neither. The bug was never fixed, communication was lacking, and the experience was borderline unprofessional.

Our app has experienced some recent conflicts with new "bundling" apps on the app store, and we are implementing an app-wide improvement to make resolve any conflicts with those apps and our app.
In this case, we dropped the ball, and were not able to fix your issue in a timely manner. Im so sorry for this experience. We are changing our processes to assure this does not happen again -- and I'm so sorry that this happened for your store.
