I would definitely recommend this app! It makes pick up and delivery as easy as pie so we can actually focus on making and selling our pies. It doesn't get any easier for small businesses! Thank you! Constantin is so fast and helpful if change is needed.
We've been using this app for some time with no issues, and with five store locations offering in-store pickup, it's been a godsend. Recently, Constantin quickly fixed an issue where oversized parcel shipping was overriding the in-store pickup option. He handled it efficiently and without fuss — an absolute delight to work with. We use this on a farm shop site to give customers a click and collect option with a date and time slot for collection from our shop. The ability to set the time required for us to get orders ready for collection and to be able to block out certain days when collections are not possible has been really useful.

The app has helped us achieve exactly what we were looking for with Click and Collect and Store Pickup. Constantin is always on hand to help support us with bug fixing or issues with our setup (my fault most of the time!) We will always continue to support Constantin and this app in the future!
