Store Pickup + Delivery (CR)

Have had this app for less than 24 hours and am already so pleased with it. Great customer service!!

Easy to install. Great Click & Collect solution but the best thing here is the support. I had two separate chats with the app developer and both were answered very quickly, very politely and both queries were resolved.

This was the 3rd app I tried to work for my unique solution and the only one that has worked properly! They were very responsive and helpful and it was set up in no time vs the hours spent with others.

Tough review to write, Constantine was quick to respond and try to help however this app was not designed for a high volume store. You are not able to delete appointments, change appointments or export directly from app. The data is exported to Shopify via tags which is not then able to be filtered by time and date separately. I have a brick and mortar storefront and also sell via CommentSold on Facebook which allows my customers to choose in store pick up or shipping. The app made it possible for my dad to extend the offering of his restaurant business, which is suffering from corona lockdowns. We are not tech-savvy at all and managed to set most of it up ourselves thanks to a clear instructions file and intuitive app. For a few things that we couldn't figure out, we are so grateful to Constantin for the quick and clear help he provided.
