This app is very easy to use, and design, even if you don't know a whole lot about CSS. Their support team is ready to help. They are so nice and willing to help you design the map that fits your stores look and style. They get back to you super quick too. I 100% recommend this app!!

We used this app to help our customers locate our products in grocery stores in 12 states. It was easy to use, however we did get tripped up on the Google API Key. That didn't matter because the customer service at Storemapper was eager to help. They fixed our issue (it was on our end) and had us up and running in a few hours. Great customer service is always greatly appreciated. We added our logo to the map locator to give our map a custom feel. Love this app and the customer sales rep, Philly!

Their support was super responsive and helpful when I had some questions while setting the app up on our site. The backend is super user friendly and set up took no time at all. Exactly what we were looking for!

We have a website that is FR & EN, and the store wasn't appearing properly when the website was in french. I then decided to email them to ask for help, and Iris from Storemapper was able to find what was the problem. I am really satisfied with the product and the help! I really recommend.

I've used Storemapper across 4 shops now and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive each time. The app is a bit tricky to set up with the map APIs, etc., but the Storemapper team is surprisingly responsive and helpful. Philly got me up and running in the matter of hours. I've done a good amount of map app research and, so far, this seems to be the best by a wide margin. Highly recommend.

Storemapper is the only shopify plugin of its kind that I was able to find that is built to work well on both desktop and mobile. We have recently integrated it into our new site and are very happy. Tyler and his team have been great in terms of support and have been very responsive.
