I've put off writing this review for a long time, hoping it would get better. But my experience with this app has cost me a ton of money, and the list just goes on and on.
It started when several of my best customers, who had signed up for annual delivery, were not receiving their monthly deliveries.
For months I sent them manually, fielding emails and apologizing, working with customer service, but the issue wasn't fixed.
Later I realized that there were other orders that were fulfilled the first month, but never again. The only way for me to know this was to go through each order one.
At one point I signed up myself to receive the product, and received an email addressed to another customer!
I lost hundreds of dollars with this app, dozens of work hours, and some good customers. I'm so sad that I put my customers' security at risk. Please stay away from this app; there are much better ones out there.
(1) Poor communication for their internal team.
All the problems are required to repeat and repeat with different agents.
(2) Asked me to authorize theme modification, but now the swatch images don't work anymore, they (Axel) asked me to ask shopify support instead. What a irresponsible attitude.
(3) All the problems are required back and forth multiple times, and the problems are still not yet solved.
Dino and Juan, Some of the most useless customer service reps I've experienced. Took them 15 mins to reply with where I can find the customer service portal for this app.
I've set everything up, it seems simple but nothing is showing up in my online store. This app doesn't seem to work at all.
Analytics are inaccurate & very confusing.

Very hard to deal with their customer support, have been trying to get something little sorted for over 14 days and no success! Very limited in terms of design, if you have a basic store and don't care too much it should be fine but if you need to change a little bit of the design it would fit your needs.
I activated the app in my theme settings; then I started building a tiered subscription plan. I added products to the subscription plan individually -- it was only allowing me to add one collection to the plan for some reason -- and once I finished that step, I saved the subscription plan. The app was not saving my settings, and the subscription plan I had just created was not showing up in my list. I repeated this process three times. It didn't work. I uninstalled this garbage app.

It's been 5 days since I submitted my review of this app, and for the past 5 days I've been contacted by three different people from this company on three different platforms (email, Facebook, and LinkedIn) asking me to delete my review.
I don't understand why you folks at HulkApps feel the need to badger me into deleting a review that, frankly, you earned. Shopify wants merchants like me to submit honest, real reviews of the products on the Shopify App Store so that other merchants can make informed decisions about the apps listed here. This is my honest experience with your app. It failed. Fix it, move on. Stop harassing me. This practice of pestering merchants to delete reviews is dishonest and unethical and it needs to stop.
