For over 15 years, the Net Promoter Score(TM) approach has been the gold standard for customer satisfaction. Incredibly easy for the customer, and very effective for the merchant.
NPS measures how likely your customers are to recommend you by contrasting Promoters (very likely to recommend) to Detractors (unlikely to recommend) and converting that into a single score.
We also ask customers for the reason they gave you their rating, which provides you with rich qualitative data to understand what customers love about your product and where you can improve.
We send these surveys by text because both Open Rates and Response Rates are much higher for text messages than emails.
