    Although I use the free package, they never spare their support. nice support team and lots of features available. There are companies that even sell some of these features separately. I believe there will be changes in pricing in the future. thanks Supsis live support system.

    It is nice that it can be integrated automatically with a single button via shopify, it does not require a manual installation and an automatic panel is formed. Then of course you have to make some adjustments. The chat bubble customizations are nice. I put my own picture. It is also good to have direct access from the mobile application. I can't say it's the best, but it's a product worth using in terms of functionality and pricing.
