I am not happy of this app, because I uninstalled it, and it charge me for another full month. The app is very clunky, and the additional charge stings.

We appreciate the feedback. While we can't control when Shopify send a bill, we can confirm it was from the 2nd to 2nd and can understand how arriving a month later can be a little salt in the wound.
As a show of good faith we've refunded the last 2 months and would love to continue the conversation via email or in-app chat to make this right.
