The app automatically compressed 3000 images of my products, and when I found out it was impossible to recover them. Contacted shopify support and couldn't recover it.

Firstly, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you when experiencing our app.
Regarding your concern, after compressing your images, your original images will be replaced by the new compressed ones. Those original images are stored on Shopify system then and after 30 days if you do not revert the original images, those images will be deleted forever. It is the limit of Shopify and we are still researching further to improve on this matter.
Therefore, for the best practice, please kindly review your images carefully right after you optimize them then if there's any problem with the images, you can revert them immediately without any issues.

We previously (having some knowledge) optimized our site. Our images were already compressed and our theme had some lazy loading. We wanted to "top it off" so we went with a 1-time expert ticket at $150. They did an amazing job. They improved mobile by 20 points and desktop from 89 to 95. We ended up giving up a little bit of that score because we wanted one javascript to load on page vs. lazy but it was still a great improvement and we had already gone through it ourselves. A++

Really happy with this App and the team behind it. We have a large inventory with over 12,000 images. They were able to take our Shopify speed score from 19 to 32. We also used the Swift Expert to clean up all the left over code from old apps and this was done quickly and efficiently. Communication was great.

The removal of old app code on the theme, minify css, lazy load on social scripts and compressing images gave my site structure and speed an A rating, without changing anything to my lay-out with lots of images. Great job.

Fixed all my store loading problems in 3 days. I purchased the Expert service as my store pages was showing scores in the 20's for mobile on Pagespeed Insights. I have had my store for 3 years now and I have researched a LOT about optimising images, page loading and Core vitals etc..... but I could never get it quite right, I have try several Shopify approved apps, but again not quite what I needed. Now my score is between 75 – 85 on mobile after using the Expert service. Fantastic and fast actions by the Devs. Seri, my contact was very quick to respond to all my questions, very helpful and quick with replies. I am so pleased I found this app, do not hesitate to download it. Best app I have found on Shopify so far!!
