Great app has made working with our accounting software easy. Support was so helpful in setup and configuration questions. Everything has been smooth and easy to use. Saves so much time each month having this level of automation.
I learned in my last (failed) business venture that proper accounting from day 1 is paramount to knowing exactly how your business is doing, and staying out of trouble. So, I was looking for a way to automate the information from Shopify to Quickbooks online. I found this app, tried it out, and it took me minutes. That's it. My advice is to use the manual add process if you have more than one store, because this app will let you book your transactions to a different QBO account for each store. That means you can do PnL really easily in QBO - that's a major win.
When Lizzie, my agent called, I had to tell her that I was good and didn't need any help! It was pretty funny, but awesome because this app "just worked" for me.
Syncing information into Qbks Online is a game changer with Synder. Highly recommend.
I use Snyder to import and sync data from PayPal, Stripe and Shopify to our QuickBooks. The app does a great job, however, the best feature of the Snyder app is the customer service they provide. Not only are they available both by chat and live, but they respond almost immediately to any issue. One of their customer service associates, Lizzie, took a great deal of time to help us solve a very complex sync issue caused by us on our end. Many companies would simply tell you it isn't their app or problem that is the issue. Lizzie helped diagnose the underlying issue that allowed us to resolve a very frustrating problem She is great! I have also had the opportunity, when setting up the Snyder app to work with Ted. We went back and forth on a chat session until everything was set up and operating perfectly. Overall, as I said, app is great, but Lizzie is the best and Ted gets the job done.

Synder has been the perfect solution to integrate all of our sales channels into Xero and account for fees all in one go. Highly recommend.
These guys ROCK! The support is dead on. The configurations for different sales channels is not intuitive in some cases, but the support team has always been able to respond and/or fix any issues quickly. I used to book all revenue based on net deposits, now Synder books gross revenue and balances all the expenses associated with each sales channel in a clean easy way per settlement received. We also moved our inventory to QBO - Synder takes the orders made and keeps my QBO inventory as my source of truth for all sales channels. Still working through some issues, but the response has been good and so far, I'm happy we've chosen them.
We are very happy the Synder App. It is user friendly and integrates well with Quickbooks Online (“QBO”). Transactions through Shopify and Stripe are automatically recorded to QBO. The “receive payment/invoicing” function provides a means for international credit cards to be processed using Stripe. The Synder support staff is very professional and responsive. I want to especially thank Darya Kisel for all her help, answering questions, walking me through demos, and introducing me to Synder features helpful to our organization.
There is a guided set-up to get you started easily. Once that was in place I had a few questions which were answered quickly with simple and workable suggestions. I spent a few hours on the set-up and getting to know it because I wanted to understand the detail. Immediately the time savings were apparent and I no longer feel that I would need to hire a bookkeeper or dedicate a day (or more) a month to bookkeeping myself.
