We are very happy the Synder App. It is user friendly and integrates well with Quickbooks Online (“QBO”). Transactions through Shopify and Stripe are automatically recorded to QBO. The “receive payment/invoicing” function provides a means for international credit cards to be processed using Stripe. The Synder support staff is very professional and responsive. I want to especially thank Darya Kisel for all her help, answering questions, walking me through demos, and introducing me to Synder features helpful to our organization.
Synder's client support is awesome! Specifically Helen, who was extremely easy to work with and solved our problem in no time. Very impressed with their willingness to help with any situation and find a quick solution. Would definitely recommend!

I use this app to help me to automate energing sales and payment data from Shopify to Quickbooks Online regardless via the payment was from Shopify CC processing or PayPal. The application not only brings over the payment but it also creates a sales receipt in QBO and then I would match the payments to them. It also separates the payment processing fees so I can track that separately. I do see some issues where some products that I sell online get created twice in the product / service list in QBQ that I need to clean up and merge, but not sure if that is a Synder issue or a shopify issue.
Synder has done a great job automating our accounting process for sales in Quickbooks & Shopify. We have been so impressed! Kiryl made sure we had the correct amount of syncs for our size business.
I needed some help with a question with the app and Lizzie in support was so helpful in researching my issue and giving me great information about how the product works and what I did or didn't need to do. Makes it nice to know that the product has such good support behind it.
I just want to say that the support from both Vita and Darya has been amazing. They really do try and help and stuck with me with all my pain points. So far, Synder has been great to work with.
I must thank Lizie and her staff at Synder. There staff straighten out many problems with Quickbooks and with out Synder I do not know what I would have done. I do recommend to use this company. It will save you time and aggravation.
This app has saved us hours and hours of billable bookkeeper work. With the press of a button, all transactions can be synced to our QuickBooks from Shopify and other payment systems. Support has been phenomenal as well. There was an issue with one of our tax IDs showing incorrectly and they called us to get us to fix it. Highly recommend this app. You won't be disappointed.
