I used your spin-the-wheel app for a lottery event, and I set the probability of winning the first prize to 0.01%. Logically, only one person out of 10,000 should win! However, we’ve only collected just over a thousand emails, and yet 20 people have already won the first prize! This has caused us significant losses! Your app has a major bug, and I want to file a complaint!

Most businesses, including mine, have a limited number of prizes to give away. It's not feasible for us to distribute prizes based on such unpredictable randomness, as it could lead to excessive winners in a short time frame, which is exactly what happened in my case. As a result, we've faced unexpected financial losses, not to mention potential damage to our brand's reputation due to unmet expectations from other customers.
I strongly recommend that your software include an option to limit the number of prizes awarded, rather than relying solely on random probabilities. This would provide businesses with more control and prevent situations like ours, where prize distribution exceeds what was planned and budgeted for.
