I used your spin-the-wheel app for a lottery event, and I set the probability of winning the first prize to 0.01%. Logically, only one person out of 10,000 should win! However, we’ve only collected just over a thousand emails, and yet 20 people have already won the first prize! This has caused us significant losses! Your app has a major bug, and I want to file a complaint!
