Love Tailwind. It's the engine that keeps our Pinterest traction running. The Shopify app isn't really required for the experience, but it lets you sync your Shopify store listings to make it easier to create Pins within Tailwind. Experience is better if you just login to Tailwind directly on their website.
This is the worst shopify app that I have ever seen. Pure customer service for paid subscription they are responding 48 hours minimum

Since this review, we’ve rebuilt Tailwind for Shopify: plans are now billed directly through Shopify, your products import into Tailwind automatically, and Ghostwriter can write product listings and send them to your store as drafts.
