Wow, seems like we are not the only ones facing this issue with Checkout from Bahrain. I had a chat on their support page the first time and they wanted a screenshot of the issue which I could not provide as a screenshot does not show the issue. Instead I took a video of the issue. Since the chat will not accept video uploads I emailed them on the 11th of January. DIDN'T hear anything till yesterday and I reached out again in their chat. They claim that they have not received any email from us, even though I have clear proof of the sent email to them. I messaged thru their whatsapp channel and tried to share the video of the issue and was told that they cannot see it. I have no option but to reach out to the bahrain team and kuwait team and they close my chat because they notice that i have two conversations going.
Same person on their end and I have to explain the issue all from the beginning.
They do not have a customer oriented support and they only want you to contact them thru their chat or whatsapp only, NO CALLS.
Checkout is not working for Bahrain with all payment providers like Benefit Debit and BenefitPay app. We have raised a support case since 08/12/2023 and Tap are not helping or responding.

موظف السنترال رد علي بكلمة : انت بذيء واغلق المكالمة، بعد أن قلت له أن راتبه وراتب مديره هو من العمولات التي ندفعها لهم ، وذلك بعد أن رفض أن اقوم بمحادثة مديرهم.
