TaxJar Sales Tax Automation

Tax jar was really amazing. Fantastic customer service and support. Explains all issues as often as needed and offers a variety of options in dealing with tax issues.

This app is a LIFE SAVER. Must have for any store with high volume sales. Saves so much valuable time and headaches when it comes to filing sales tax.

I've been using TaxJar for several months and wanted to use their AutoFile service.
TaxJar's numbers didn't fully match what Shopify had. It was a whopping $2 off, but it was off. I had brought over some sales pre- TaxJar. I emailed them with a screenshot of what I had. Got a very prompt email response saying they would look into it.. Got a second email response within next to no time with an explanation. They adjusted what they had, and they filed my sales tax return without a hitch. So easy!

Love TaxJar! All I have to do is set it up and review before they file my sales tax paperwork. Makes my life easier

TaxJar has always been our sales tax solution program. At first, we were just using the program to calculate the tax for us, that worked great till the business started to grow to the point were filing them manually was taking an eternity, or so it felt. So, when they came up with the auto file feature, we measured how much time this was saving us and how much it costs ... it has been the best cost-for-value transaction we have ever made. Specially with states like California where you have state, county, city and specific programs that you have to account for on every transaction. Wow, if you aren't using this program ... YOU SHOULD!

I seriously don't know what I would do without Taxjar! We also have an Amazon store and the taxes for the different states, counties and cities are an absolute nightmare! I did our home state taxes for a few months and spent so much time on it that it was a no-brainer when I found Taxjar to take care of this for me.

Their customer service is excellent and I cannot tell you how happy I am for having found them. Just DO It!

Sales tax in Texas is fairly complicated to calculate since each county and city has different rates. TaxJar has made it incredibly easy to figure out how much I owe every three months. I'm able to file them quarterly in less than 10 minutes each time.

TaxJar makes paying sales tax extremely easy and hassle free. The customer service is why I'm taking the time to leave a review. A few months back our State Department of Revenue made an error that resulted in an incorrect payment. I notified TaxJar and they took the time to contact them and solve the problem. I really appreciate TaxJar going above and beyond to help a small business function. I would recommend them to anybody with an ecommerce business!
