Easy to set up and works!
I've been using the TnC App for quite some time. It was easy to set it and forget it.
I discovered today that it was allowing customers to bypass the checkbox and proceed to checkout. After validating my settings were accurate, I reached out to Chat and Zain was extremely helpful, turns out it was a cache issue, easy solution.
Thank you Zain for your assistance & making sure my T&Cs checkbox was functioning appropriately.
Highly recommend this app if you need T&Cs and want to set it and forget it!
This app has been so easy to use in my shop and makes my checkout more secure with the agreement for my membership right there where customers can't miss it. When I thought I had an issue (it was user error, btw ), they were so quick to help! Such a nice team.

SUPPORT WON'T ANSWER. The checkbox has been ticked by default which we didn't like. We had emailed them a month ago and still no reply.
edit: they have answered and solved the problem within 12 hours
