We have really enjoyed using Text Drift. The customer service is great, along with the simplicity of the integration and experience for our customers. If you're looking for a straight forward text app for customer service purposes, this would be amazing for you!

Text Drift has been a game changer for our small business. We dont have someone to monitor chat 24/7. With the texts coming to our phones we are able to capture customer conversations and respond when its convenient. It also creates a much more personal conversation with our customers. Highly recommend!
