App does what I need, and upon installation I found it didn't mesh well with my theme (minor formatting). A quick chat and a few hours later, their dev made it work perfectly. First class support.

This app is perfect for our business as we often need to use several custom textboxes for customers to enter very specific details pertaining to their order. The textboxes are highly customizable with many different feature options. Anytime a question or issue arises with the app, the Textify team is quick to respond and resolve it. If we need a specific functionality added to the app, the team is always able to accommodate us and make it work. They're very efficient and kind. Highly recommend.

We have used this App for over 2 years for our online car paint store. It allows our customers to input car details, so they can have custom paint mixed to their specific vehicle. The App is perfect for our needs and runs very smoothly. We recently had an issue (our end), when certain orders were being placed.
