So far it looks like a decent app but there's no live support option and customer service hasn't gotten back to me yet so it seems they're lacking in that department. There's a bug with their widget layout that I need help fixing, once that's done I would bump the review to a 5 star.

I am on a trial period right now and it is almost over and I feel like I will have to uninstall this app. There is no data provided at all in the dashboard so I don't know whether this app is working or not monitoring customers' behaviors.
