This app is great for having events on our website. It is user friendly and they keep it up to date and offer new updates frequently. Customer service is also great, they are very timely in helping and are friendly!
We were able to attach the Shop Events Calendar to our Shopify website fairly easily, especially with the assistance of Luke. He responded almost immediately to any question, whether easy or difficult and even took the initiative to accentuate the look of the Calendar based on what we were trying to achieve. He is knowledgeable and efficient in assisting to make the Calendar work to our benefit.
We definitely recommend the Shop Events Calendar, especially if Luke is assisting with any questions.
I absolutely love this app! It does everything my small training organization needs it too and it is super easy to use.
Plus, the support is excellent. I can't say enough about The Shop Calendar! Highly recommend!

We use this calendar app to highlight the hours that our brick and mortar is open as well as spotlight promotions that we are having on those weekends. When I was updating, I had a question and Luke was quick to look into it and was able to get my calendar to look exactly how I wanted it. I highly recommend!
I've had a good experince with this app. I got help with an issue quickly and it was resolved easily (user error on my end). My customers and visitors really like the look of this Calendar on our website also, I've gotten several compliments and we are much happier than it just being a google calendar on its own.
Do not use this app. They are still billing me for usage. No one has responded to me.

We received your initial message and responded within 24 hours to your request.
Upon seeing your email, we looked into your account and saw there wasn't much usage overall, so we decided to refund every month that the app was active in your store. This amounted to $40.00.
The latest charge was invoiced on March 21st, and you cancelled on April 2nd. Meaning the charge was still on your account. We would have happily rectified this with you (which we have done upon receiving your initial email on May 9th).

I must have some skills because I built the entire website and I've been taking orders for 3 years. I also downloaded EVERY EVENT CALENDAR app that Shopify has listed in the store and I couldn't make even ONE WORK! I'm pissed. There isn't even ONE event calendar app that a small business owner can install without help. I did however, enlist the help of an app developer and after wasting another 3 hours on that tech-chat I gave up as the developer couldn't seem to figure out the problems.
There is no embed code or method to get this app installed onto my Shopify store. So much for the "Shopify" app. I'm having issues getting it onto the page that is already online. Also, I can't find any controls for the app to input a date or event on the Calendar. The app isn't "verified" so the branding content remains at the bottom, they know who they sold the app to? Verify? Ridiculous. At this point I'm more pissed at Shopify than a dozen different app builders because SHOPIFY doesn't offer a realistic solution to a very simple request; how about offering a simple Event Calendar that ACTUALLY WORKS!

I am sorry to hear you had a poor experience. I saw you install the app on October, 23th at 5:30pm. We received your initial message on Thursday, October 24th at 1pm and I responded back at 8pm. In this email, we responded saying that we had verified your account to remove the branding.
As far as the embed codes - these can be found on our install page found in the navigation menu. Once you go to this page, there is several instructional videos and written instructions displaying multiple ways to install the calendar onto your page. Apologies you were not able to find this.
For the date inputs - you would find that when you are creating an event. We have a section on our dashboard clearly displaying that you click the "create event" button which takes you to a page to create an event and input necessary details (including dates). This link can also be found in the events page found in the left hand navigation.
Again - many apologies you had a poor experience but we responded to your email in the same business day.

Amazing event calendar app! this is 3rd app I tried and I am finally satisfied. Everything is super easy to set up and support is there right away if you need anything. Highly recommend!
