This is an outdated app listing, which shows an older version of the app. The current app looks nothing like what the screenshots show.
There is no theme snippet used to install the app, as suggested by the screenshots. We are using a Shopify vintage theme, and they do not provide any support.
When I reached out to the support email, the responses were very basic and not helpful in getting the app to work for us.
We ended up uninstalling the app because they stated "Unfortunately, your current theme isn't compatible with our app".
We sincerely apologize any inconvenience you may have experienced with the app. We understand the frustration that can arise when the app does not perform as expected. We have removed the snippet file from the theme code and transitioned to using a theme app extension in line with the Shopify online store 2.0.

I don’t need to be charged for this app! I will not be using it

To ensure you are not charged, you needed to uninstall the app from your store using the standard Shopify App uninstall process. If you have already been charged, we would be happy to assist you with a refund.
i uninstalled your app and you all are still charging me. i never installed this app in the first place and they had been charging me over a year and will not do anything about it. they dont even have a customer service you can contact. i am about to take legal action. this is not okay and not good business

App Installation: Installing an app on Shopify is solely the responsibility of the store owner. It is not impossible for an app to be installed without your knowledge and consent. We do not have the capability to install our app on a store. You, as a store owner, install the app and approve app charges.
Refund Policy: Our refund policy typically covers the last month's payment for users who wish to cancel their subscriptions. However, we understand your unique situation, and in an effort to demonstrate goodwill, we have decided to refund you for the last 3 months of app charges.
Timely Responses: We value your time, and we want to highlight that you reached out to our customer support on August 23, 2023. On the very same day, our customer support team responded to your inquiry.
Refund Issued: To address your concerns promptly, we processed a refund for the charges related to the last 3 months of app usage, dating back to June 23rd, 2023.
