I had been struggling to install the Meta Pixel on my Shopify store and tried multiple solutions without success. The support engineer was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and guided me step-by-step through the process. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Etienne for their excellent support. The assistant I worked with was incredibly helpful and responsive to my issue. They took the time to thoroughly explain the steps needed to resolve my concerns and provided clear instructions, making the process much easier for me.

Thanks to their help, I was able to get my Pixel properly set up and start tracking the "Purchase" event correctly on Facebook. I truly appreciate their dedication and quick assistance.

Bad Experience with the app, in a week it crashed 2 times, none of the app reps informed me so we were running without a pixel...

this is NOT cool.

the app initially looked very promising due to the multiple pixels etc,
However they must work on their STABILITY and actually inform store owner & tell them what to do when the app crashes (i had to go to event manager and then understand that for 2 days the app isn't sending any server events...)

We sincerely apologize for your recent bad experience, the recent outages were due to Los Angeles wildfires severing a core network cable to our main Quadranet server facility that houses our largest server, which powers Trackify - and that is why this outage has lasted so long.
