It took us a while to get everything related to translating a complex custom theme into 10 languages organized and live, but the Transcy team was incredibly responsive and helpful at every step of the way. アプリはリーズナブルで多言語でまあまあの内容ですが、部分的に翻訳されていない部分が非常に多く全体が自動で翻訳されるわけではないので残念。Partly translatedやTranslation outdatedなどのセクションが多く、結局絞り込み機能を使い手動で翻訳をしないといけないでので時間が膨大にかかる。サポートですが、Chatではやり取りの途中で評価リクエストが届きこれをしないと先に進めないような対応をされ憤慨した。問題解決の途中で評価はできませんけど。Emailでサポートに連絡してもオートメールが来ただけでいまだに対応がない。このアプリのサポートの評価は、星1つです。以上
