The app navigation is not the most intuitive, and manual translation almost always result in a coding error -- these two problems mean that I always have to contact their customer service, which is actually the strongest aspect of the app -- their chat is very active, and someone always responds in minutes. However, it would be neat if that wasn't necessary, and some of the bugs weren't there.

The app seems quite good and partly functional. However, I'm wasting a lot of time with the customer service, which is very slow. I don't know if I've done something wrong, but I respond instantly to their messages, yet I have to wait 8-9-11 minutes and more. I've been in contact with customer service for over 56 minutes now, and they probably lack sleep, taking micro-naps between each response. ...

Drawbacks (Updated after seller Comment on 29.03.24):

3. The app inserts his tags everywhere
4. Email Notifications can be translated only in the expensive 30$/month plan. DeepL API only in 60$ plan. There are apps not worse than this one that allow these functionality at cheaper price.
5. I still couldn't manage to replace product images for different languages.

When it works it's fine. But Transcy updates are often no improvements. Customer service is ok.
