アプリはリーズナブルで多言語でまあまあの内容ですが、部分的に翻訳されていない部分が非常に多く全体が自動で翻訳されるわけではないので残念。Partly translatedやTranslation outdatedなどのセクションが多く、結局絞り込み機能を使い手動で翻訳をしないといけないでので時間が膨大にかかる。サポートですが、Chatではやり取りの途中で評価リクエストが届きこれをしないと先に進めないような対応をされ憤慨した。問題解決の途中で評価はできませんけど。Emailでサポートに連絡してもオートメールが来ただけでいまだに対応がない。このアプリのサポートの評価は、星1つです。以上

Bait and switch. They claim that they offer you unlimited AI translations for 1 language, only to find out that the app is completely useless without the paid subscription.

I expect much more from an app that costs us 480 USD/year! It's awesome that Transcy can translate 3rd party apps, but the problem is that only machine translation is available for 3rd party apps. Unfortunately the machine translations are sometimes quite poor, which makes us look unprofessional to our customers, something that also affect their trust for us negatively. The "attention required" flag is for apps that need technical attention. Transcy uses this alert to push sales, which is really shady and inappropriate.

They would not refund charges, holding on to funds until we simply gave up. Scandalous customer service.

The app itself is great but no go for me, as we could not sort this out.

I must urgently warn everyone against this app – it's a complete disaster. The experience is frustrating, especially when switching to the German language interface, as it forces you to manually reset settings for other languages. Despite shelling out 598 annually for their premium version, the app's deficiencies are painfully evident.

The app is very slow and lag all the time, really frustrating. Also, hundreds of random words from my themes are taken into consideration, even though they are not present on my website. It becomes impossible to find a word to translate in particular. And the team is not helpful with that.
