Deleting the app, support is SO incompetent! It takes a lot of time just to understand what i need from them.
BE AWARE! For those with multiple markets, this app only changes the display currency instead of the market page. If you have different prices for different markets it will not going to work.
On the top of this, the support is so incompetent they don't even understand the root cause of the issue.
I ask one thing, give them example, screenshots and end up answer for completely different issue.

- For the unexpected support from the agent, we will have a proper training to improve the service to be better. Also please believe me that single conversation does not reflect the whole support and product quality we have built for years, hope you sympathize for us
- In relation to your issue, unfortunately, because of technical limit, we have not yet supported this function. As a temporary solution, you should change location instead. By doing so, the currency along with URL as subfolder will change accordingly
- We have seen that one of my colleagues has reached out you via email with clear explanation, please let them know if you need further support.

Édit : finalement trop de problèmes j’ai dû arrêter d’utiliser l’app et la désinstaller malgré les heures passées dessus. Un bug gênant sur mon thème, les traductions que je rentrais manuellement était écrasé par une traduction automatique de mauvaise qualité
L'app n'est pas évidente à prendre en main. Si on veut utiliser l'IA, il faut l'offre à 60€ min. sinon c'est très cher pour traduire 1€ les 1000 mots ... J'ai rencontré quelques bugs au démarrage mais le support a été au top et à tout régler dans la journée. Une amélioration qui serait bienvenue serait de pouvoir mettre un contexte aux IA pour la traduction, ici on peut corriger quelques mots en automatiques grâce au glossaire mais ce n'est pas suffisant.

Went down to not usable. It seems that there is a random translation within Transcy. If we translate e.g. "Warensicherung" (German) to English in Google translator the result is correct with (Merchandise security) but when we use Google within Transcy the result is "Conservation" which makes absolutely no sense. When we want to use Deepl as translator we need to upgrade from starter to Advanced which means the four times price.... but the support is so good and friendly that it is still a 4 Star

Transcy relies on the Google Translate API, which can sometimes produce results that vary from the public Google Translate interface due to ongoing system adjustments within Google.
