The app itself is really great. The customer support seems 24/7 with little wait time.
The only big issue I have had was trying to set it up. I wanted 5 languages and 5 currencys. I had over 1000 products. The changes I was trying to make in the backend were not showing in the backend but were showing on the website, but I did not know that at the time. It was really frustrating. It wasn't a cache issue, it was just the app not updating backend, so you never knew if you set it up correctly. They said they know about it and are trying to fix it. So the set up for me was not a good experience otherwise I would give it a 5.

Translation into Norwegian. Language is not perfect, but the app is easy to use and quick to setup.

CS is great. But the overall English/French to Chinese are sometimes troublesome. I would recommend translating between Indo-European languages languages but not Chinese

We use it for translation only and it does the job. Not 100% user-friendly, but the customer support is excellent.

A very app, but I would appreciate a little more transparency. In particular, they don't clearly mention that translations are for only 1,000 products in most of their plans. This should be mentioned in the plan comparison. Otherwise, a very good tool.

The trial version impressed us, with over 8000 products we needed a good translator for specially formatted content, and editing the translation is easy. Now we only have to figure out how to achieve the automatic translation for all those products in more languages. For other problems, I got quick help, for which I thank Jennifer, Anna, and Andy.
