The customer support for Transcy is very good, always aiding in solving tech issues in a few days. Regarding the interface of the app, it is slightly slow to translate and there may be some issues that arise. However the staff will be there to aid in solving them as mentioned.

For your concern as "it is slightly slow to translate", as usual our app will translate your store almost immediately after your page is fully loaded. Another concern is that because some issues is related to technical issue, so it needs Dev to check and fix it, it's hard to avoid delay but once your issue is raised, we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

I have just started using the app and felt a little lost when I initially opened it. That didn't last long as Jane quickly messaged to introduce herself and offer assistance. It wasn't long before I had everything set up. Jane was very patient and a pleasure to speak to. I'd recommend the app to others.

Started with the 'starter' account and after a couple of months changed to 'essential'... with such a great and helpful support they helped me seamlessly to activate all requested languages and solved some issues for me on my store.
Amazing, such a helpful support! I highly recommend this app if you want your store multilanguage translated with multicurrency.

- In relation to your issue, refusing access in app because of new pricing plan was already informed via email and Transcy dashboard since March 2023 and this was valid starting on June 2023, so to manage app, you need to approve the new pricing plan. However, although you cannot access in app to manage, the app function will be working as it should be

後台客服處理速度快,發現問題克服會直接幫忙處理。
不過有時候,後台的程式loading會卡住,導致要微調一些工具的時候會需要一直重新整理。開啟其他app並不會有這樣的問題,希望可以再更改一下後台loading速度。
